UBUNTU add-apt-repository: command not found解决方法

UBUNTU运行add-apt-repository命令时提示add-apt-repository: command not found错误， 解决方法：

apt install software-properties-common -y

网上有的人写的是apt install software-properties-common python-software-properties，实测不需要写python-software-properties。
我用的系统ubuntu20.04是这样，其他系统未测试。
